Please Note: Readings purchased with this add-on between the hours of 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM EST fall within our off-hours and sleep hours. Orders placed during this timeframe may require up to an additional 4 hours of processing time.
By purchasing this 12HR add-on, you acknowledge and agree that delivery times are estimates and may be extended by up to 4 additional hours for orders placed during the above-listed overnight/off hours.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for promptly responding to any emails sent to you if additional information, confirmation, or identity verification is required to complete your booking.

If no additional information is needed, your time of purchase will serve as your official booking time. You will receive a booking confirmation email confirming this time and the deadline by which your reading will be delivered. Your selected 12HR or 24HR turnaround begins from the exact booking time stated in your confirmation email.

If additional information or verification is required before I can complete your booking, your 12HR or 24HR turnaround cannot begin until everything required has been received. I will reach out to you the same day of purchase so be sure to watch your mailbox. A delayed response may therefore impact your delivery timeline, particularly if your response is received after business hours or without enough notice to accommodate you within the current schedule.

In this case, you will be booked into the earliest available time slot once I receive everything needed. Your selected 12HR or 24HR turnaround will then begin from the time you respond and all required booking details are confirmed, rather than your original purchase time. This time will be clearly stated in your official confirmation email, which confirms all finalized details for your session.

Delays caused by missing information or delayed responses are not eligible for a refund of the expedited add-on; you will still be promptly scheduled in accordance with your response time.
